School Meals

DSC_3194We are proud of the fact that we offer healthy school meals to all pupils. Meals are well-balanced and adhere strictly to Government legislation.

We have a Cashless Catering System. To download the Parental Consent Form, please click on the link above. During 2015-16 Parent Pay will be rolled out across each year group beginning with Year 7.

Pupils can pay cash into the machines in both dining rooms at any time, then simply use the reader at the counter which will automatically take the required money from their account. Parents and carers can still pay dinner money be cheque (payable to The Joseph Whitaker School – Please write your child’s name and tutor group on the reverse of the cheque). This can be given to the cashiers or to the main office and will be put onto your child’s dinner money account.

Hydration points are provided across the school, enabling pupils have frequent access to water.
